What we sell

Esimky resells prepaid mobile data plans ("eSIM plans") that you install on a compatible eSIM-capable device as a software profile. We are a reseller: the underlying connectivity is provided by tier-1 mobile network operators and our wholesale connectivity partners. We do not operate a mobile network ourselves.

An eSIM plan is a data-only product for the destination(s), data allowance, and validity period shown on the plan at the time of purchase. Plans do not include phone numbers, SMS, or voice service unless explicitly stated on the plan.

Eligibility and device compatibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before you buy. A list of indicative compatible devices and an installation guide are available on the site.

Because an eSIM plan is delivered and activatable immediately, a device that is not eSIM-capable or is carrier-locked is not grounds for a refund once the plan has been delivered, except as set out in the Refund Policy.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are recomputed on our servers from our live catalogue at the moment you check out — the price you are charged is always the server-derived price for the plan you selected, plus any applicable tax shown before you pay. Any price submitted by your browser is ignored.

Payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store your full card number on our systems. High-risk or unusual orders may be required to complete an additional 3-D Secure authentication step, and orders that exceed our anti-fraud velocity limits may be declined before any charge is attempted.

Immediate digital delivery

eSIM plans are digital goods delivered immediately by email after payment. At checkout you must expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal (where one would otherwise apply) is waived to the extent permitted by law. The Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances in which we still provide a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the connectivity lawfully and in line with the fair-use and roaming terms of the underlying networks. Bulk routing, machine-to-machine reselling, sustained tethering abuse, fraud, or any use that violates the underlying operator terms may result in throttling or suspension by the operator, for which we are not liable.

Sanctions and trade compliance

Esimky does not sell to, or provide service for use in, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. Orders are screened by billing country and by the country your request originates from, before any payment is taken. We may refuse or cancel any order on trade-compliance grounds.

Service availability and liability

Mobile coverage, speed, and availability depend on the underlying operators and local conditions and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
