Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This Refund Policy explains our 14-day refund window for travel eSIM data plans and how to request a refund. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

The 14-day window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM is unused — that is, no data has been consumed on the plan and (other than installing it) you have not started using the connectivity. Within this window an unused plan is refunded without quibble.

Immediate-delivery acknowledgement

Because an eSIM is a digital good delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right (where one would otherwise apply) is waived once delivery has begun. This Policy is the goodwill protection we still offer on top of that: the unused-plan refund above applies regardless.

When a refund may not apply

Requests made after the 14-day window, or for a plan on which data has already been consumed, are assessed case by case and are generally not refundable, except where the plan failed to function due to a fault on our side.

If a plan genuinely did not work for a reason within our control (for example a provisioning failure on our side), we will re-issue or fully refund it even outside the standard window — that is a service fault, not a change of mind.

How to request a refund

Email info@esimky.com from your account email with your order identifier. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
