Install your eSIM in a few steps

Pick your phone below — we'll show the exact Settings path. No app to download. The whole thing takes about a minute.

Scan from a different device. You can't scan the QR code with the same phone you're installing the eSIM on. Open the email on a computer or a second phone — or use the manual activation code (the fallback below works without scanning).

Install on iPhone (iOS)

Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM

1Open Settings, then tap Cellular (or Mobile Service / Mobile Data).
2Tap Add eSIM (older iOS: Add Cellular Plan).
3Tap Use QR Code and point the camera at the QR from your email — on another screen.
4Can't scan? Tap Enter Details Manually and paste the activation code from the email.
5Name the plan (e.g. "Travel"), keep it turned on, and set it for mobile data abroad.

Supported devices

An eSIM works on most phones released from 2018 onward. The popular families:

iPhone & iPad

iPhone XS (2018) and newer

iPhone XS, XS Max, XR — and every model since
iPhone SE (2nd gen, 2020) and newer
iPad Pro, Air and mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular

Android

Most flagships from 2019 onward

Google Pixel 3 and newer
Samsung Galaxy S20, Note 20, Z Fold/Flip and newer
Select Motorola, Oppo, Huawei, Sony and Honor models

Not sure about your phone? Dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone is eSIM-ready.

No camera? Use the manual code

Every order email includes a manual activation code (it starts with LPA:). When your phone asks to enter eSIM details by hand, paste:

SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code — both are inside the single LPA: string; most phones accept the whole string in one field.
Leave the confirmation code blank unless your email says otherwise.

Lost the email? Check spam, then re-download the QR from your dashboard once you're signed in.
